BODYnSOUL is located in the village of Bajardo, in the hills above Sanremo on the Italian Riviera (making it easily accessible from Nice International Airport).

It all began with the vision and determination of one man, Arrigo Speziali, who has spent nearly fifty years restoring, renovating and bringing new life to the village. 

Now, thanks to collaborations with our friends and associate proprietors, BODYnSOUL can offer a variety of rental options.

The houses on La Rocca di Bajardo, for instance, (close to both the old ruined church and the village’s cultural centre, ‘Il Castello’) can be rented as a block booking, with kitchen and refectory facilities for up to twenty guests.

A unique setting for weddings, seminars, short courses or quiet retreats.
