The BODYnSOUL site is located on the Rocca di Bajardo, in the hills above Sanremo on the Italian Riviera (which is easily accessible from Nice International Airport).
It represents the vision and determination of one man, Arrigo Speziali, who has spent nearly fifty years restoring, renovating and bringing new life to the village.
The BODYnSOUL houses are in the old town, close to the old ruined church and the village’s cultural centre, ‘Il Castello’.
At nearly one thousand metres above sea level, ‘La Rocca di Bajardo’ is the highest and most ancient part of the village – a place once held sacred by the Druids.
